Are any purchases final sale?
Earrings and other pierced-skin jewelry are final sale once worn, for hygiene reasons — unless they arrive damaged or defective. Personalized/engraved pieces are also final sale unless damaged.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped — delivery typically takes 7–15 business days to the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
