Caring for Your Jewelry
Our pieces are designed to be hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant, using materials chosen specifically to minimize skin reactions. That said, everyone's skin is different, and no material can guarantee zero sensitivity for every person. For the best longevity, we recommend keeping your jewelry away from water, lotions, and perfume, and storing it in a dry place when not in use.
Material Quality
Items marked "18K," "316L Stainless Steel," "S925 Sterling Silver," or similar are made from premium-grade materials selected for their low likelihood of causing irritation or tarnishing over time. These markings tell you exactly what's closest to your skin.
Shipping
To keep shipping free and pricing fair, some of our items are fulfilled from international fulfillment partners. This doesn't affect the quality of what arrives at your door — it simply reflects how we keep costs down for you. Because different pieces may ship from different fulfillment centers, orders with multiple items can sometimes arrive in separate packages, at slightly different times. We think it's better you hear that from us upfront than wonder where the rest of your order is.
