We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, including images, descriptions, and pricing. However, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur, and we do not guarantee that product images are fully accurate on every device.

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, pricing, or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and to refund any amount charged.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock). Payments are processed securely through our payment providers, which may include Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details.

Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days, with delivery generally taking 7–12 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. UK and EU customers retain their statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery, as described in that policy.

All content on the Site — including the Lirenne name, logo, graphics, text, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Zinero Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission. Product images may be provided by our suppliers and are used under license for the purpose of marketing our products.

When using the Site, you agree not to:
